What does a Warehouse Associate - Seasonal do? As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions in Noel, MO, you will engage in a variety of essential warehouse activities that are crucial to our distribution operations. Your role includes receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products, as well as organizing stock and maintaining inventory. You'll prepare and pack orders while ensuring each product meets our quality standards by inspecting for defects and reporting any damages. Your attention to detail will shine as you move materials from receiving areas to designated shipping points, often using dollies or forklifts for efficient transport. Additionally, you'll be involved in disassembling self-checkouts, accurately documenting components in our XPM system, and ensuring a seamless flow of goods through the warehouse. Adherence to safety protocols and warehouse procedures is essential as you contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused environment. Other duties may be assigned to support overall warehouse operations and maintain our commitment to integrity and excellence. Are you the Warehouse Associate we're looking for? To excel as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with prior warehouse experience and/or machinery certification being preferred. Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential, along with a keen attention to detail in all tasks. The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs is required. Candidates should exhibit solid problem-solving skills and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication abilities, enabling collaboration within a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with inventory software is a must, along with basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Docs. A thorough understanding of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures will ensure not only personal safety but also the success of the entire team in maintaining high standards of operation at R&R Solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience and/or certification for machinery preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts and heavy machinery
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Google Docs. Efficient use of inventory software is required.
• Solid problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate awareness of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
