In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:30pm

Requirements

Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Excellent time management

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus
Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus
Fork lift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensuring they reach their destination on time, every time.
Streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and be a champion for a smooth-running fulfillment operation.
Share your ideas with the team and management. Together, you'll create an ever-more efficient sample fulfillment system.
Champion organization and cleanliness, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape, always.
Receiving, putting away, and replenishing with speed and precision. You ensure samples are always where they need to be, powering a flawless fulfillment flow.
Resetting your work area to the 5S standard is second nature to you. Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain
