About The Position

Rifle Paper Co. is seeking a Replenishment Associate to support our fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is an onsite role, full-time, hourly position operating at our Warehouse in Maitland, Florida. The Replenishment Associate is responsible for keeping picking aisles fully stocked, managing inventory flow within active pick locations, and operating forklifts to move product efficiently and safely throughout the warehouse. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, replenishment, or inventory role preferred.
  • Prior Forklift experience required with a valid forklift certification.
  • Comfortable operating forklifts in active warehouse environments, including narrow aisles and elevated racking.
  • Knowledge of safe material-handling practices and warehouse safety standards.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as required.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by operational demands.

Responsibilities

  • Keep picking aisles stocked and organized to support daily order fulfillment.
  • Replenish pick locations from backstock, bulk storage, or warehouse reserve locations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels within picking areas to prevent shortages or picking delays.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to move products from backstock or bulk storage to active picking areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag low or out-of-stock items.
  • Partner with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies and support cycle counts.
  • Safely load, unload, and transport pallets throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform basic equipment safety checks and report any issues.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
  • Support special projects and perform other warehouse-related duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business needs, and organizational objectives.
