About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials to support efficient warehouse operations. This role centers on operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment with precision while following strict safety protocols.

Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts (sit‑down, stand‑up)
• Certified forklift operator
• Skill in using inventory system scanners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. regularly from a standing, squatting, or bent position.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, push, pull, and lift overhead.
• Ability to work in variable warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stack product in a distribution center.
• Maintains accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and proper documentation.
• Performs routine equipment checks and reports maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Keeps warehouse areas clean and organized, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Follows OSHA and company safety procedures, including proper PPE use and safe equipment operation.
• Assists with general warehouse tasks as needed to support team productivity.
