Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse or production support preferred.
Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry and move heavy materials (up to 50lb), and equipment safely consistently throughout the shift.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
Must always follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.

Experience with metal cutting tools or machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to production operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Receive, stage, and deliver materials to designated production areas to maintain continuous workflow.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors to prevent production delays.
Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to support efficient operations and minimize safety risks.
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE, safe equipment operation, and reporting of hazards or incidents.
Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and support planning efforts.
