Warehouse Associate (Production)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in a production role
- Must be 18+ and able to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Experience not required but highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Grade, sort, and stack pallets and gaylords with speed and accuracy
- Swap out full bins, totes, and bags; replace them with empties to keep material moving in our shredding plant
- Keep the area clean, organized, and ready for the next production run
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures without shortcuts
Benefits
- $18.00–$20.00/hour based on experience
- Day shift only with flexible weekday schedule options
