Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or picking experience; forklift experience required (certification a plus)
- Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Flexible and willing to support other areas of the business as needed
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic with clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment using pick tickets and handheld devices
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory
- Process incoming and outgoing UPS shipments, including packing and labeling
- Perform inventory put-away and maintain organized, accurate storage locations
- Use computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Assist with other warehouse and operational areas when time allows
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
