About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment in Sparks, NV is hiring. We have full-time job openings in our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC). The shift for this position is Sunday - Wednesday (4/10) 2nd shift is from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and pays $20.25 per hour (2nd shift already includes a $2 shift differential) The position requires physical movements such as climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and 70 lbs. with assistance. Position requires extensive walking. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have ability to read and understand English, and basic understanding of math
Must be able to use technology (held-hand scanners and computers)
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve required performance standards
Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and take direction
Dependable, responsible, reliable, and mature with an excellent attendance record
An exceptional listener who is well organized and has an eye for detail

Responsibilities

Process customer’s orders by picking the specified product and quantity from the designated location and packing the order in the appropriate carton(s).
