About The Position

The Warehouse Associate at The Salvation Army's Perris Distribution Center plays a crucial role in supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Program by performing various warehouse activities. This position involves sorting, inspecting, and transporting products while ensuring adherence to TSA policies and contributing to the overall success of the program.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• 2 - 3 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Sorting product efficiently and properly according to the standard of TSA policy.
• Providing Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Identifying product correctly and directing it to the proper department for processing.
• Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials.
• Performing other written or verbal duties as assigned by the Production Manager or designated representative.
