Pacific Office Automation is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate at our office in Phoenix, AZ. This position is essential to our operations, as it involves various tasks related to shipping and receiving products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and orderly warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 lbs and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the office machine industry and OMD software is highly desirable, as it will aid in the efficient handling of our products and inventory management. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving products, using a forklift to pull heavy stock off shelves, and standing for long periods. You will also participate in cycle counts and inventories, maintain accurate inventory counts, and communicate effectively with team members via email, phone, or in-person. Additionally, you will be tasked with ordering and stocking all parts, preparing and shipping orders, and performing data entry for all inventory movements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
