Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • One year or more of warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical experience (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Positive attitude with a helpful and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable interpreting instructions and working with various communication tools.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Capable of performing basic math calculations.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more regularly.
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, talking, and listening throughout the day.
  • Able to load, unload, push, pull, and move equipment safely.
  • Requires close vision for reading labels, paperwork, and digital screens.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using warehouse machinery for loading and unloading (preferred).
  • Understanding of home medical equipment and supplies (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Fill and prepare high-pressure oxygen tanks for delivery to healthcare locations.
  • Operate and maintain filling equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
  • Complete production and delivery documentation accurately and legibly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and participate in hazardous materials handling training.
  • Identify and report equipment hazards or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and compliant work area in accordance with company, city, and state regulations.
  • Learn and develop technical knowledge of respiratory products and durable medical equipment (DME/HME).
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and meet JCAHO standards.
  • Process orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
