About The Position

The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time role at Locke Supply! The schedule is Sunday to Thursday 1:00PM to 9:30PM or UTC (Until complete- overtime available) This position is also eligible for our monthly incentive program. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & matching 401K. It's an important hands-on role where you'll be key to giving Locke Supply's internal and external customers an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, including pulling material, driving powered equipment, and handling various other warehouse tasks. Locke Supply Co. is a growing, employee-owned distributor for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment based in Oklahoma City. The history of the company dates back to 1955, when Don and Wanda Locke opened a wholesale plumbing supply outlet in Bartlesville, OK. Locke Supply had a marketing vision of taking the merchandise to the customers' territory with exceptional customer service. It didn't take long for customers to develop a strong liking to the way the Locke Supply did business which led to the opening of a second branch in 1958. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to do basic math (Addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
  • Ability to be at elevated heights (up to 30 feet height)
  • Comfortable with operating powered equipment (including forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.)
  • Outbound or Shipping/packing experience
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to lift 75lbs occasionally
  • Critical Thinking
  • Desire to develop
  • Team Oriented
  • Understanding of the importance of their role and the value it brings to the company
  • Ability to use and work on a computer and wrist mount systems
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS
