About The Position

Job Description: Order fulfillment for dropships and distribution centers. Identifying correct item and item description for orders and preparing order for shipment to the customer. Supporting shelf stocking and ordering inventory from JorPack for use at the Van Buren warehouse location. Start mastering one job, then cross-train for the next. Lifting avg. 30-50, occasionally max. 65 lbs.

Requirements

Most likely you are local and ready to start immediately (or within 2 weeks)
Solid English skills: Reading and comprehension skills - Standard Operating Procedures are in writing. Ability to understand verbal English instructions.

Benefits

Pay is set to increase from $16.00 Per Hour after the first 3 months. Stay-on-pay increase between $16 to $18 is based on performance and cultural fit.
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week. Occasional weekend overtime but limited.
