Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing between 10-90 pounds
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, and order selection.
• Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Conducts daily safety checks of assigned forklift/pallet jack according to company policy.
• Performs damage control checks on received items and communicates with supervisors regarding issues.
• Replaces batteries in equipment as needed and completes vehicle inspection checklists.
• Reviews work schedules and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.
• Uses required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear during work.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards as per company guidelines.
• Secures all equipment and completes necessary paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
