About The Position

This position involves working in a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The primary focus will be on picking orders accurately and efficiently, consolidating products, and providing dock coverage. The role also includes maintaining good attendance and dependability, ensuring effective communication with the shift lead and team members to meet order picking and project goals. Additional responsibilities may include performing cycle counts, receiving products, and engaging in other warehouse projects as needed to support overall operations.

Requirements

• Warehouse Experience: You have 2+ consecutive years of experience working in a warehouse driving sit-down or standup forklifts.
• Physical Requirements: Be capable of lifting to 50 pounds to perform the tasks effectively.
• Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Results-Oriented Self-Starter: We're seeking someone who is capable of following instructions, can perform work independently with minimal daily management.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience handling quartz, marble or stone handling would be a big bonus!

Responsibilities

• Pick Orders: Your primary focus will be to pick orders accurately, consolidate product, dock coverage and other projects once picking is done.
• Maintain Good Attendance and Dependability: You need to show up for your shift ready to work and communicate with the shift lead and other team members to ensure all orders are picked and projects.
• Cycle Counts, Receiving, Picking Projects: At times you will work on other projects such as performing a cycle count, receiving product or other warehouse projects that help us accomplish our goals.
