About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate – MHE in Terre Haute, you will help the distribution center meet daily goals by safely moving, storing, and preparing product for outbound delivery. Training is provided.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and overtime when needed
  • Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work at average heights of 8–9 feet, and up to 30 feet at times
  • Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of the shift
  • Ability to perform moderate physical effort including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, climbing, and crouching
  • Comfort working in a moderate‑noise warehouse environment
  • Demonstrated regular attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed, including overtime during peak business periods
  • Basic English reading, writing, and math skills; basic data entry
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, turret truck, or stock picker

Responsibilities

  • Become certified as a Material Handling Equipment Operator (MHEO) and safely operate required equipment
  • Select product from rack or floor locations and build pallets, carts, and cages for shipment
  • Move product throughout the warehouse using MHE (reach truck, turret truck, stock picker, pallet jack)
  • Operate RF scanning equipment to receive and verify work assignments
  • Load finished pallets and operate automated shrink‑wrapping equipment
  • Move product between reserve, putaway, replenishment, and pick locations
  • Verify pallet accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain wide‑aisle and overflow storage locations
  • Inspect power equipment prior to operation and report safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures to prevent injury and product damage
  • Assist in other departments and perform additional duties as assigned
