About The Position

Terrasmart is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Lull Operator to join our team! This role supports daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and preparing materials for job sites. Ideal candidates are organized, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience operating a lull or skid loader (highly preferred)
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift and move materials, and work outdoors in varying conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate lull and skid loaders, as well as other material-handling equipment safely
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with loading/unloading and processing returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, safe work area
