We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Warehouse Associate role in our Pack Team at our food manufacturing facility located at 18675 Madrone Pkwy, Ste 150, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. The primary responsibilities of this role is to perform a variety of functions such as but not limited to: assembling and packing meal boxes, preparing food and ingredients, building, insulating meal boxes and processing all returns as assigned by their lead and/ or general manager. All Batchline Solutions employees are also required to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food handling procedures, quality control, and all safety procedures and policies in our distribution centers. What will you be doing: Assemble a variety of boxes such as but not limited to: building boxes, inserting meal packages, insulating boxes, adding labels and or recipes. Label and pack prepared items into curated meal bags and store them in boxes per order requests. Assembly Line Packing: Rapidly place individual food ingredients into kits according to the daily recipe manifest. Box Preparation: Construct, liner, and prepare shipping boxes for the production line. Cold-Chain Assembly: Insert required cooling elements (ice packs) and insulation into finished kits. General Labor: Assist with moving materials and restocking packing stations to keep the line moving efficiently. Prepare and store food items in the preparation “prep” area according to weekly recipe specifications for packing. Measure, weigh, and containerize ingredients, produce and proteins for packing and storing Facilitate receiving and shipping in the area of Operations. Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices at all times. Maintain an orderly and safe environment in the workspace area. Work responsibly and safely at all times. Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to the department lead and or supervisor. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Complete training as assigned.
