About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate Lead to support and coordinate daily warehouse operations at our Conroe, TX location. This role assists with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment while also providing guidance and support to warehouse team members.
The ideal candidate has strong warehouse experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of warehouse experience required
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English required.
• Ability to pass safety training, background check, and drug screening
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and climb as needed
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Frequent use of hands for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment
• Ability to safely mount and dismount forklifts and other equipment
• Work performed in a warehouse environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and moving equipment
• Regular interaction with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Must follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist in supervising warehouse staff and provide direction during daily activities
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer
• Ensure materials are stocked and organized in designated warehouse locations
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and pallets as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including sweeping and trash removal
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory management
• Help train new warehouse employees on procedures, equipment use, and safety standards
• Ensure team members follow company safety policies and use required PPE
• Communicate operational needs or issues to warehouse management
