The Kitting Operator is responsible for assembling product kits by gathering, organizing, and packaging components according to work orders and company standards. This role ensures all kits are complete, accurate, and prepared on time while following safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and move up to 500 lbs with equipment.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or kitting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product kits based on work orders or instructions.
• Verify all required components are included and correctly labeled.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to prevent errors.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety rules at all times.
• Report shortages, damages, or incorrect materials to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Keep kitting area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts, packing, or other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work as part of the team to meet daily kitting and fulfillment goals.
