About The Position
The Warehouse Associate IV is responsible for ensuring schedules, deadlines, and quotas are met by coordinating and distributing daily workflow among departments, and by taking action to solve problems and fulfill rush orders. They follow processes, procedures, and deploy resources to achieve company goals. The Warehouse Associate IV effectively communicates across all departments with managers, supervisors, and employees. This role may sort, palletize, and move product using powered equipment. This role uses a Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with Internal Operating systems to track product and perform departmental functions within High Jump.
