Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, customs forms).
• Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing goods.
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Record discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Coordinate unloading, sorting, and stocking of received items.
• Update inventory systems with received goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
• Use ERP or WMS systems to track inventory movement.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with regulations (if applicable).
