About The Position

Arrow Electronics is seeking a collaborative and engaged Warehouse Associate II to join our newly constructed Warehouse Logistics Center. This role is essential to the daily flow of warehouse operations and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence. As a Warehouse Associate II, you will be responsible for performing a variety of distribution center functions including or more of the following: receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping, while operating forklift equipment as needed. Success in this role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, attendance and teamwork.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Ability to perform end-user computer functions (e.g., data input, interpret information and instructions from computer screens) on Warehouse computer systems (e.g., terminals, tablets and scanners).
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
  • Forklift, Reach, Big Joe and/or manual pallet jack experience.
  • This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Consistently bending to floor level and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required.
  • Must be comfortable working under high productivity and quality standards.
  • Exemplify team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily distribution center functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
  • Transport, stage, and store products safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity goals are consistently met.
  • Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging processes.
  • Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Build shipping boxes based on product size, weight, and contents.
  • Create shipping labels and documentation for multiple carriers, including international waybills when required.
  • Utilize various computer systems to consolidate orders, generate invoices, and produce shipping labels.
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials independently or collaboratively.
  • Complete required forklift training and operate Sit-Down, Reach, and Big Joe forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
  • Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards within facility and daily workspace.
  • Must be reliable and report consistently to scheduled shift, including overtime hours.
