About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate II to join our team. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, packaging, inventory control, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug test and background check).
Proficient with at least one piece of material-handling equipment (MHE).
Experience using a powered pallet jack.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Ability to use a handheld RF scanner and navigate multiple screens.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 months of experience as a Warehouse Associate I (or equivalent experience).
Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, solid work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming products: unload, inspect, prepare, and store materials properly.
Pick, package, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments according to company procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stretch wrap machines, banding tools, and RF scanners.
Report any damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies to management immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and return all equipment to proper storage locations daily.
Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
Follow all safety procedures and attend required safety meetings.
Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Report any workplace injuries or safety concerns to management promptly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
