Warehouse Associate II
About The Position
As a Warehouse Associate, you will serve a dual role as a chemical production operator and inventory clerk. Your work ensures every item is handled safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities include: Receive, store, and pick chemicals accurately, maintaining 100% SKU-to-label integrity. Perform weigh-ups and repackaging of chemical products according to SOPs. Handled products according to SOPs to prevent loss or non-compliance. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE when handling chemicals. Maintain organized, “ready-for-service” workstations and equipment. Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements to leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations or chemical production preferred.
- Ability to follow complex SOPs and handle chemicals safely.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, weigh-ups, and batch preparation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, and use ladders safely.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or willingness to learn quickly.
