About The Position

The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for the timely and accurate picking, packing, over-labeling, kits building and shipping of all customer orders. In some areas, minor set-up and equipment operation may be required. This position is part of the North America Distribution operations located in Romeoville, IL and is onsite. Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.

Nice To Haves

Prior distribution experience preferred.
Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Pick items accurately to customer orders.
Escalate inventory inaccuracies to inventory control team.
Restock supplies as needed.
Pack quality products according to standard work and regulation set by compliance department, ensuring quality product is safely delivered to customer.
Pack hazardous and non-hazardous orders according to pick ticket instructions.
Audit and inspect orders before staging and shipping. Audits include checking for proper labeling and verifying that the documents match the cartons packed.
Escalate inventory inaccuracies to inventory control.
Investigate aged and missing orders.
Other duties as assigned.
