Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Associate As a Warehouse Associate II at R&R Solutions in Mooresboro, NC, you will engage in various essential warehouse activities that ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products efficiently. You will play a critical role in organizing stock, maintaining inventory levels, and processing orders accurately to guarantee customer satisfaction. Attention to detail is paramount as you inspect products for defects and report any damages. In this position, you will adeptly move materials from receiving or storage areas to designated shipping locations, sort items on racks, shelves, or bins, and restock inventory as needed. You'll assist in unloading shipments from delivery trucks and utilize moving equipment such as dollies and forklifts to transport goods. Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures will be a key part of your day-to-day activities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. What you need to be successful To excel as a Warehouse Associate II at R&R Solutions, certain skills and qualifications are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the physical capability to lift and move heavy boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Requirements
