About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I position at HOM Furniture involves working in the Returns department to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, loaded, and distributed to the correct locations by the end of each shift. Requirements

• No experience necessary; job training will be provided.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 150 pounds individually and up to 300 pounds as part of a team.
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs safely.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, load, and disburse products to appropriate locations by the end of the shift.
• Maintain an adequate and accurate flow of product through the work area.
• Support Returns leadership in increasing and maintaining rewrapping quality and production.
• Ensure the Returns floor is clean and safe.
• Maintain accurate location inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
