About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I at Patterson Companies is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Requirements

  • Familiarity with MS Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

  • Pick product from fulfillment center stock according to wave pick list and organize on cart.
  • Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
  • Operate scanners to ensure proper order picking and accurate inventory management.
  • Verify that the item picked matches the item on the invoice by comparing manufacturer name, item number, and description.
  • Check the quantity of items picked against the invoice.
  • Verify expiration dates for time-sensitive items before shipment.
  • Ensure all items listed on the invoice have been picked accurately.
  • Count and verify the quantity of items against the invoice before packing.
  • Match shipping labels with the corresponding invoice information.
  • Select appropriate packaging and follow regulatory guidelines for packing items.
  • Weigh packages and determine the appropriate method of transportation for shipping.
  • Process orders requiring special handling as directed by branch personnel or sales staff.
  • Fulfill client orders to achieve customer satisfaction.
