About The Position

Perform standard shipping and receiving duties. Position includes basic computer and paperwork functions.

Requirements

• Able to work 10 AM – 7 PM weekdays
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
• Able to accurately retain and process details
• Be able to learn and float between all shipping, receiving, logistic responsibilities
• Regular, consistent attendance required
• High School Graduate, GED, or higher

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments by:
• Packing boxes
• Foaming product
• Stretch wrapping - palletizing
• Create shipping labels through computer software
• Receive product from outside vendors
• Deliver or route materials to departments or designated personnel
• Keeps shipping areas clean and organized
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, both on computer and in paper format
• Route paperwork to appropriate departments
• Track products
• Inventory: Conduct cycle count product inventory and supplies as per department schedules to ensure accuracy of on-hand counts
• Work with internal and external customers to achieve shipment objectives
• Ensure quality control and accuracy
• Other duties as assigned
