Warehouse Associate I
About The Position
While reporting to the Shift Supervisor as the Warehouse Associate I, you will be responsible for collecting, grinding, or baling scrap plastic. What You’ll Be Doing: Supplying and exchanging scrap material receptacles to the Thermoforming Department. Grinding scrap and waste materials. Exchanging bags for regrind. Weighing and staging full regrind bags in warehouse. Baling all waste plastic that cannot be ground. Emptying all trash containers in production area. Housekeeping of grinding area. Other duties may include other areas of housekeeping and material handling.
Requirements
- Ability to recognize and adhere to stringent safety guidelines/procedures
- Forklift experience/license
- Information gathering and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
