About The Position

Our W Warehouse Associates are cross trained to perform a variety of functions in various departments within our distribution center which is located in Hamilton, MO. Those departments include Replenish, Webs, Fabric Cutting and/or Shipping. You may start your career with us within the Shipping department (based on work demand) and then move to another part of the warehouse to gain additional skills, knowledge and experience.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency
Computer and handheld technology adept
Reading and comprehension
Able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
Willingness to learn and welcomes change while being flexible
Able to multitask and work independently with strong time management skills
Able to take initiative, look for solutions, and accomplish requested results

Responsibilities

Restock, replenish, and move inventory correctly
Shipping or picking at satisfactory levels of productivity keeping safety and quality in mind at all times
Fill orders through fabric cutting at satisfactory levels of productivity keeping safety and quality in mind at all times
Help support the Eastman automated cutting machine to cut fabric into parts according to specifications when needed
Develop the ability to receive incoming shipments
Lend assistance in the Quilting department (e.g. trimming, staging, binding, checking in quilts, shipping quilts) during peak periods
Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements
Perform general warehouse duties as needed and overtime may be required during peak periods
