About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate I, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day flow of Rebel Athletic’s warehouse operations. From shipping and receiving to organizing inventory and preparing orders, you’ll make sure our products get where they’re needed—on time, every time. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, attention to detail, and pride in accuracy.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of warehouse or related experience (entry-level welcome!)
• Able to read and comprehend shipping documents and orders
• Basic computer knowledge (or willingness to learn warehouse systems)
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willing to engage in daily physical labor (lifting 20–50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Check style and quantity of goods received against shipping documents
• Wrap, pack, and label orders for shipping
• Notify management of any damaged or missing goods
• Help plan and maximize warehouse space for efficiency
• Organize and record product locations for quick, easy access
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Prepare dispatch notes and labels as needed
• Stage goods for daily freight pickup
• Perform other warehouse support duties as assigned
