About The Position
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with hands-on experience operating lift equipment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, while ensuring efficiency and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse lift equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for accuracy and damage. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records through manual counts or warehouse management systems (WMS). Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits. Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company procedures related to lifting, handling, and equipment operation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating lift equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker, etc.).
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one, if required).
- Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and perform physical labor in a warehouse environment.
- Basic math, counting, and inventory skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a reliable, positive work ethic.

- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or order fulfillment.
