About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution operations. This is a physically demanding role involving order picking, packing, inventory handling, and material movement. Associates will regularly lift and move totes, pallets, and ice trays weighing up to 25 lbs., while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand English for product identification and order accuracy
• Basic math skills for counting and order verification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and exercise sound judgment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime and assist with physical inventory as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
• Repetitive motion and manual dexterity required for handling materials
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including refrigerated conditions
• Comfortable using tools such as box cutters
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and inventory control
• Accurately pick customer orders and prepare items for shipment based on specifications
• Stock and replenish inventory, ensuring proper organization and placement of materials
• Verify incoming shipments against documentation, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order fulfillment
• Process order and return data within internal computer systems
• Conduct daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• Return processed merchandise to appropriate storage locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines, including DEA compliance
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned
