Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail: Required to minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation. Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Reliability (Attendance, Task Trustworthiness): Must consistently adhere to work schedules. Must be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.
• Parts Order Pulling: Locate the correct parts based on the order details. Stocking kanbans. Ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.
• Order Packing: Utilize spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes. Ensure that all items are packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.
• Shipping Orders: Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders through the respective shipping software. Ensure that all packages have correct labeling and postage before dispatch.
• RMA Receiving: Unpack returned items and verify their condition. Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process in the system.
• Receiving: Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders. Inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.
• Forktruck Operation: Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items
