About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions, labels, and instructions
  • Basic math skills for counting, verification, and inventory accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and use sound judgment
  • Team oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting schedule requirements
  • Ability to lift 40 to 75 pounds due to cooler and product weights
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
  • Comfortable working overtime when business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, palletizing, and outbound shipping
  • Support GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization of products
  • Operate RF scanners to complete transactions and inventory movements
  • Work in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 24 degrees, rotating in and out of the cooler for short periods, PPE is provided
  • Perform down stacking activities and complete daily cleaning to maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Use rolling carts, pallet jacks, Klever cutters, and tape guns as part of daily tasks
  • Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documents, report discrepancies or damage
  • Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure proper product flow
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently, placing items into totes for shipment
  • Process returns, complete data entry, and restock returned items appropriately
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies
  • Assist with physical inventory and other inventory procedures as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of distribution center workflow while working with minimal supervision
