About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting daily logistics through accurate loading, unloading, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proficient forklift operator with at least 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong understanding of safe truck/trailer loading and unloading procedures.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Strong time management and dependability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to reliably commute to Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong time management by arriving on time and using work hours efficiently.
• Safely operate a forklift to unload inbound trucks and load outbound delivery trucks.
• Utilize handheld scanners and a computer-based order management system.
• Read and accurately interpret paperwork, shipping documents, and product labels.
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure inventory is properly stored.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and ensure OSHA compliance standards are met.
• Document damaged or mis-shipped products accurately.
• Assist with general facility responsibilities, including cleaning and seasonal weather preparation.
