Responsibilities

  • Load and unload various, diversly packaged items with the use of forklift equipment
  • Receive all raw materials to be used in production and for testing purposes.
  • Perform weighing of items with industrial scales
  • Gathering products and materials for quality control testing, making notes on findings in support of quality control team when requested.
  • Store finished product in designated storage area, Staging items for successful loading in anticipation of freight carrier arrival
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Warehouse Manager and quality control team.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrates positive leadership and ability to hold self and others accountable.
  • Must be able to work in areas with moderate dust and noise, hot and cold temperatures, and around automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Job description not limited to the above mentioned - Perform other duties assigned as part of day-to-day operations as part of a small and collaborative team
