About The Position

The Warehouse Associate position at Evernorth Health Services involves performing essential tasks related to receiving products, inventory control, and stocking in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic math, organization, computer, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and hand motions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and evaluate incoming products for correct count and condition against purchase orders.
• Operate material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks to unload trucks and stock the warehouse.
• Enter data accurately and retrieve it using computers and scanners.
• Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned areas, including filling movement requests between warehouse and other stock locations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the warehouse and stock locations.
• Assist in all assigned work areas, completing tasks thoroughly and correctly in a timely manner.
• Serve as a resource to supervisors and back up team leads and team members.
• Support productivity, quality, and safety efforts by operating production equipment and assisting in troubleshooting issues.
