About The Position
Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Since 1953, Ferguson has been a trusted source of quality supplies across various industries, including Commercial/Mechanical, Facilities Supply, Fire and Fabrication, HVAC, Industrial, Residential Trade, and more. Our mission is to simplify complex projects for our customers while ensuring their success and sustainability. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by safely operating equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a starting pay rate of $17 per hour, which may increase based on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders, building and wrapping pallets, and utilizing technology such as RF devices to sort and scan orders. You will also be tasked with accurately receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. A strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude are essential, as is the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly. Pre-employment drug and background screening will be required.
