About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate / Driver to support the flow, accuracy, and delivery of inventory from our New Berlin, Wisconsin location. This position plays a key role in keeping our inventory moving efficiently between our warehouse, retail locations, and partners. From receiving and organizing merchandise to making deliveries and supporting store needs, your work directly impacts how smoothly our operations run. What the Role Looks Like Driving & Delivery Operations You'll help ensure merchandise gets where it needs to go-safely and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Operating company vehicles to deliver merchandise to stores, partners, and occasional events Loading, securing, and unloading product with care to prevent damage Communicating with store teams to confirm delivery accuracy and special instructions Occasionally operating larger rental trucks (~26') a few times per year Inventory & Warehouse Operations You'll be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. This includes: Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise Organizing, labeling, and storing inventory for easy access and efficient transfers Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse Supporting store requests and distributing supplies in a timely manner Assisting with company-wide physical inventory and product transfers Coordinating donation programs like Share-A-Pair with community partners Supporting light facility or project work as needed Team Support & Collaboration This role works closely with multiple teams across the business. Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, stockroom, or retail operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using inventory systems and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including occasional larger trucks
  • Ability to pass a background and motor vehicle check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehouse + delivery or inter-location transfers
  • Experience with inventory counts, audits, or process improvements
  • Interest in improving operational efficiency and supporting team success
