About The Position

Dealer Tire is a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH. We are focused on helping the world's largest and most trusted auto manufacturers grow their tire business, having sold more than 60 million tires to date. We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates/Drivers. This position offers a market-leading base pay of $20.00 per hour to start, with opportunities for pay increases after the first 45 days of employment. Additionally, there are monthly incentive bonuses based on individual contributions and warehouse team performance. Our Warehouse Associates/Drivers primarily work first shift Monday-Friday, with schedules varying based on business needs. Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass driver's road skill test and DOT physical
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
• Lifting up to 70 lbs. frequently, lifting up to 90 lbs. occasionally
• Continuous standing, lifting, bending and pivoting
• Comfortable at heights up to 25' while using material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Maintain inventory control.
• Ensure shipping accuracy.
• Transport and deliver all orders on time.
