About The Position

We are currently searching for candidates to join our warehouse team in Wichita, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, as well as basic computer skills. Experience operating a cherry picker or forklift in a warehouse environment is required for this position. You must be dependable, detail oriented, and able to work well independently. Reliable and consistent attendance is an essential requirement for this role. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary: $18/hr.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and cherry pickers to move and store pallets and POS materials.
  • Proven experience operating a cherry picker; forklift experience is a plus.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to report to and complete all scheduled shifts.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe, accident-free equipment operation.
  • Capable of performing tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong situational awareness and strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures while operating equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders or elevated platforms throughout the workday.
  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity sufficient to read labels, operate systems, and handle materials accurately.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive daily Point of Sale (POS) shipments, verifying quantities against packing slips.
  • Accurately enter and log all received POS shipments into the company’s point of sale/ordering system in a timely manner.
  • Label, sort, and store POS materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate a forklift or cherry picker to pick and put away POS.
  • Pull POS orders accurately based on pick lists or system requests.
  • Stage completed POS orders in designated outbound areas to ensure timely delivery to customers and routes.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of POS materials and warehouse areas.
  • Perform physical inventory checks of POS materials when asked and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to warehouse operations.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, delivery teams, and management regarding order status and inventory needs.
