About The Position

The Warehouse Associate-Customer Pickup Tech position at HOM Furniture involves serving the showroom and customers by efficiently pulling, loading, and ensuring transfers are completed correctly. This role includes disassembling and preparing products for pickup, transfers, and showroom displays, as well as interacting with customers and coworkers both in person and over the phone. The associate will also provide assistance to the Operations Manager, Showroom Manager, and Merchandisers, along with performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No experience necessary; job training will be provided.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve the showroom and HOM Furniture customers by pulling, loading, and ensuring transfers are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Disassemble and prep products for pickup, transfers, and showroom displays.
• Interact with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
• Provide assistance to the Operations Manager, Showroom Manager, and Merchandisers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
