Requirements

Experience in industrial environment, ability to match colors, use machinery
Lift 70+ pounds repeatedly
Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset
Reliable transportation to work and the ability to regularly work early morning hours

Nice To Haves

Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in color tinting lab shooting color vials from machine
Inventory, stocking of product
Verify accuracy of color vials created for customer coloring of stucco, etc.
Lifting of 70+ pounds repeatedly
Basic computer software and math
Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting
Must take color matching test
