As a Warehouse Associate/Back-up Driver, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping product safely and accurately. This role ensures orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a fed-med card
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Basic computer or RF scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation
- Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track product movement
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Delivery merchandise to customers in an efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered
