About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate/Back-up Driver at First Supply, a fifth-generation family-owned company with over 125 years of service in the Upper Midwest, you will support daily warehouse operations. This includes safely and accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role also involves delivering merchandise to customers efficiently and maintaining accurate delivery records. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a fed-med card
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Basic computer or RF scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track product movement
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Delivery merchandise to customers in an efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered
