We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lewisville, TX. This position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM, plus overtime as needed. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders. You will build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages, utilizing technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders. Your role will also involve accurately and timely receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking all incoming materials. Maintaining a clean workspace and participating in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident-free is essential to this position. We are looking for candidates with 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management. A high attention to detail, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a positive demeanor are crucial. You should be a self-starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly and have a continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures are also required.
