As a Warehouse Associate on the 3rd shift at Uline, you will play a crucial role in our overnight warehouse operations. This position requires you to work independently while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our inbound operations. You will be responsible for receiving, checking in, and accurately putting away stock during the night shift. Your role will also involve replenishing picking locations and unloading trailers as a Forklift Operator. The hours for this position are Sunday through Thursday nights, from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with a shift differential of $4 per hour. You will be expected to get certified on multiple pieces of industrial equipment, including forklifts, which will enhance your skills and capabilities in the warehouse. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, organized, and positive environment, and who are eager to contribute to our team’s success. In addition to your primary responsibilities, attention to detail and good time management skills are essential for this role. You will frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs. This position is full-time, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, and offers a competitive pay range of $29 to $36 per hour, translating to an annual salary of $71,000 to $86,000, including bonuses.
